Anal - Einfach genial
Analverkehr ist ein oft diskutiertes Thema, denn fast jeder hat es schon mal probiert, aber nicht jeder ist ein grosser Fan davon, denn wenn man es verkehrt anpackt, kann es ganz schön schmerzhaft sein. Aber wie fängt man an, damit es ein schönes Erlebnnis wird?
Als Erstes sollte man dazu wirklich bereit sein und einen Partner haben, dem man voll und ganz vertraut und man weiss, dass dieser auch sehr behutsam zu Werke geht und nicht gleich wild drauf losstösst, denn beim ersten Mal neigt man doch dazu, etwas verkrampft sein. Bei Analverkehr muss man sehr entspannt sein, praktisch ist auch, beim ersten Mal einige Hilfsmittel dazuzunehmen, welche entspannend wirken und wenn man sich nicht sicher ist, probiert man am Besten erst einmal einen Analvibrator oder einen Analplug aus, um zu testen, ob einem Analpoppen überhaupt gefällt.
Man sollte dabei wirklich nicht auf Hausmittelchen zurückgreifen und sich den Dödel mit Creme oder Olivenöl einschmieren, sondern auf ein gut getestetes und bewährtes Anal-Gleitmittel zurückgreifen, denn diese enthalten in den meisten Fällen auch Bestandteile, die entspannend auf den Schliessmuskel wirken und Silikon enthalten, was die Gleitfreudigkeit eher unterstützt als Öl. Bei mir hat sich das Easy Anal Fluid bewährt und ich hatte auch anfangs normale Creme probiert. Anfangs war ich auch wie zugeschnürt, aber mit dem richtigen Partner und ordentlich eingeschmiert mit Analgleitgel ging es wesentlich besser. Wir probierten als Vorspiel einen Analdildo, um einmal ein bisschen rumzuprobieren und als Einstieg ist das wirklich genial, zumal man den Analdildo nicht nur anal verwenden muss 
Auch kann man, bevor man sich mit einem Partner auf Analsex einlässt, alleine mit einem Dildo schonmal testen, ob Analverkehr einen antörnt oder nicht. Wer doch noch nicht den Mut dazu hat, kann mit Spielchen mit der Zunge oder dem Finger beginnen.
Optimale Stellungen für Analsex sind Doggy-Style oder auch die Löffelchen-Stellung, da man so am entspannsten ist und der Partner so ohne weitere Probleme eindringen kann und den Härtegrad des Eindringens auch gut dosieren kann. Auch Frau kann so besser entscheiden, wie tief eingedrungen werden soll. Hat man noch nicht unbedingt das nötige Vertrauen zum Partner eignet es sich auch, wenn die Frau den Mann reitet, denn so bleibt es ihr selbst überlassen, ob und wie tief eingedrungen wird.
Probiert haben sollte man anal auf jeden Fall einmal, ob mit oder ohne Hilfsmittel muss natürlich jeder selbst für sich entscheiden, aber erst dann kann man entscheiden, ob man anal genial findet oder nicht. Für den Mann ist anal meist eine geile Alternative, aber er sollte in diesem Fall immer Rücksicht auf die Partnerin oder den Partner nehmen…
